IT'S CHRISTMAS TIME!!!

And it’s time to celebrate Junction style. On Saturday December 15, we’re throwing a party and you’re invited (regardless of if you’ve been naughty or nice). The fun starts at 5:15. We’re meeting at Scooter’s Roller Palace. We’ve rented out the entire rink at Scooter’s Roller Palace so we’ll have it all to ourselves. Don’t have skates?! Don’t worry. They have rentals there and you can chose - in-line or old school 2x2. The cost of rentals is included in the $25 cost for the night. Then we’re heading over to 228 Chartwell for a night of Christmas food and fun. Pick up is from 228 Chartwell at 9:00. 

It’s going to be a great night. Don’t miss it.

Wednesday: Junction @ the Compass

This Wednesday (Sept. 26) Junction is serving at the Compass Community Barbecue.

We will be meeting at 5:00 PM on Wednesday afternoon at Trinity Anglican Church on Stavebank Road. We should be all finished and cleaned up by 7:30.

THE RETURN OF JUNCTION

After a cruel summer of being away from one another we are excited to announce that Junction is back. Junction is a gathering of high school students who get together every week to talk about faith & life and to have some fun in the process. Not only are we back, we have some new things to introduce, including a new Junction initiative called Sunday+. Not only will we be meeting on Sunday mornings, we will also be gathering together at different people’s homes for a meal, some fun and a time of sharing. Plus we’re bringing back some of our favorite events, )including the annual Junction All Nighter)! It’s going to be an incredible year! 

Make sure you’re a part of it.

Thanks to all of you who came out to the Junction Year end event. Sky Zone was great but you guys made the night (and the rest of the term) incredible. ROAD HOCKEY TOURNAMENT: MONDAY, MAY 21

For only $2 you can play in the most anticipated tournaments of the year. Pick up a registration form from Luke and get in the game! This event is for both Spin and Junction check the registration form for timing.

E-ZONE E-ZONE E-ZONE E-ZONE

It's time for a bit of a break. With all our Junction Leaders (and a whole lot of students) away on March Break Mission Trips to Trinidad, St. Lucia, Guatemala and New Orleans there will be no Junction events over March Break. Please remember to pray for our teams as they serve and share Jesus away from home.

Junction returns Sunday March 25 and we're going back to E-Zone.

E-Zone is a sports arcade in Etobicoke which features bowling, billiards, lazer tag and Whirly Ball.

The cost is $20 and that includes bus transport to E-Zone and back, Dinner and two hours of fun.

You don't need to register in advance for this event - just print off the permission form and bring it and $20 with on March 25th. We'll be meeting at Chartwell Clarkson at 6:15. Don't be late.

Junction 2012

We're going to be taking a little break for the week so that students can get ready for exams but we are back on Feb. 5 for the Junction Superbowl Party!

This Sunday Luke is preaching! Make sure to be there. I've heard his sermon already... and it's great. Don't miss it.

FOR PARENTS - Media. Faith. Culture: Parents 101

Brett Ullman is a nationally renowned speaker and author who specializes in educating youth and parents to critically reflect on how we are impacted by media culture in our daily lives, habits, relationships and experiences.
On Sunday, January 29 from 7:00 - 9:00 at 228 Chartwell Road, Brett will be presenting his seminar Media. Faith. Culture: parents 101, a seminar specifically aimed at aiding parents in navigating issues of media, culture and technology with their children. We invite all parents to come and join us for what will be an informative and helpful night.
